Description [src]

Creates a new GeglParamSpecSeed instance specifying an integer random seed.

Parameters

name

The data is owned by the caller of the function.
The value is a NUL terminated UTF-8 string.
nick

Nick name for the property specified.

The data is owned by the caller of the function.
